Please carefully review these Terms of Use, as they govern your access to and use of Max-Health ("Max-Health," "we," "us," and "our") and its platform. Your use of the following services is subject to your acceptance and compliance with these Terms:

Our non-medical business services and Website are collectively referred to as our "Platform." Max-Health partners with licensed healthcare providers through independent medical groups to offer telehealth services. These medical groups, consisting of U.S.-based healthcare professionals, are responsible for delivering medical care ("Providers"). Any medical services accessed through our Platform are referred to as the "Services."

By clicking "Accept," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use our Platform.

1. Services Provided – No Medical Advice by Max-Health

Max-Health is not a healthcare provider and does not offer medical, nutritional, or behavioral healthcare services. We provide administrative and management services to independent, physician-led medical groups that deliver telehealth consultations. Providers are responsible for medical care, and patients should direct all healthcare-related questions to their Provider. Services may vary by Provider and location. We strongly recommend that you maintain a relationship with a primary care provider for ongoing medical care.

2. Not for Medical Emergencies

Our Platform is not designed for emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 9-1-1 immediately. Max-Health does not provide urgent or emergency medical care.
